Dry， long， kooky at many times， and seems like a simple “I’ve already heard that” message， but still enjoyed the many repetitions and messages about mindset， purpose， and taking control of your life。 I honestly wanted to rate this book lower just because of how boring and long it felt to get through but I’d have a hard time saying there isn’t honestly really good information in it。

A great booking for setting goals， helping you stick to them。 I disagree with the idea you need to define your goals and never waver from them， especially being a young person I think it’s best to be a generalist and define your goals after your experienced some different areas。 The section about sex energy was very interesting， I don’t disagree with what he was saying but it came across as too metaphysical and lacking in actual evidence to support the claim。
